Shipping Policy

Processing Times

• All orders are hand-packed and processed with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or made-to-order items, such as manifestation candles or ritual kits, may require 7-10 business days to prepare.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days

• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (subject to customs delays).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me at magicalbutterflyspirit@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

Orders returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address will require additional shipping fees to be re-sent. Please double-check your information at checkout.
